Terms of Sale

GTS Distribution sells to approved retailers and distributors buying for resale. A consumer purchase is not a wholesale order.

• An open account needs valid resale and sales-tax documents for each state you sell in.
• Pokemon, Panini, Topps, and house exclusives stay in the catalog, but they cannot be ordered until that program is approved on the account.
• An online order is submitted for account-manager review. It stays pending until that approval, because of stock, order-due dates, and allocation. It is final only after it is approved.
• Approved accounts are Net 30. Product stays with the seller until the shipment leaves the warehouse.
• Where a vendor publishes MAP, the product page shows it. Advertising below that price is the retailer's problem with the vendor, not a discount GTS Distribution will match.
• Preorders can be cut. A line marked backordered ships when the warehouse receives it, on the same PO.
• Freight follows the 2026 freight policy. Handling is charged on every shipment.
• Outlet goods are sold as-is.
